Here is a layout of how to proceed in combining and working with the kicking programs.
We recommend the following:
For the fastest results you can pick either a specific kick and first develop the flexibility of that kick.
There is a progression on how to train a side kick, you can’t do power before you do speed, or speed before you do precision and accuracy, and so on.
The proper progression for the side kick would be the first three programs which will give you the strength and flexibility to do the kick properly (do not confuse the muscle strength needed to do the kick properly for power output of the kick):
The first three programs are:
1- Side Kick: Technical Kicking Leg Development
2- Side Kick: Trunk Flexibility and Strength for Optimum Kicking
3- Side Kick: Supporting Leg Training For Kicking Height
Once you can extend the kick to your intended target level you would move onto precision and accuracy training. There is no point to work on speed and power yet. If the kick will not land on its target.
4- Side Kick: Precision and Accuracy
Once you have developed the precision and accuracy of the kick. You will move onto Speed. Again if you skip speed and work on power the kick will only work on the pad but not on resisting opponent.
5- Side Kick: Speed Development
Once you’ve mastered the speed now you can develop an ability to hit with maximum force.
6- Side Kick: Power Development
And once you can hit with force now you can look to use this kick in combat applications.
7- Side Kick: Neutralizing Opponents Defense and Guard Penetration Set Ups
The same applies to all other kicks.
Alternatively you can choose to work on the same ability for all kicks at the same time, instead of one kick.
For example, you would first work on the flexibility and strength needed to perform all kicks. This means that you will work on the strength and flexibility needed for the front, round house and side kick.
Other kicks such as hook kick or axe kick will take their strength and flexibility from the three kicks just mentioned. You will then move on through the same progression moving onto precision and accuracy, etc.
Here is the layout for each of the kicks in your All Kick Master Combo:
