Please note that most exercises will require the use of resistance bands and assistance from another person who can hold resistance bands in place for you as you perform the movement. While you can do all the exercises in the program by yourself by securely attaching resistance bands to stable objects, most people prefer to have a partner. All exercises are demonstrated with partner assistance. Therefore if you do not have a partner that can help you and you do not feel comfortable using resistance bands by attaching them to secure objects, then this program is not for you.
