Got my flexibility back after many years!
Years ago I was flexible enough to get into a right side split. Those days are long gone. With these three videos I hope to achieve splits in all directions. So far, my seated open front stretch has improved. I can just about lay flat on the floor when bending from the waist. I've also gained about an inch in my right side split and anticipate great results.

 Scorpion Skill
 
The standard method of mastering this pose, is to build up the backs strength with low Locust Pose, while working on the anterior chain flexibility, using basic poses. This process takes a long time. Our approach is different, we take each muscle used in the Locust Scorpion and take it apart, using Zaichik Stretching techniques. Than create space in each muscle, by using action vs action of the same muscle. This greatly speeds up the flexibility development.
 
Standing Side Splits
 
Standing Side Split or a Standing Open Front Split is a technical terms for various sports and athletic activities.

Standing Side Split pose depends mainly on the rotation of the supporting leg. In the sport of Figure Skating this position is called the I-Spin or the Y-Spin. In Cheerleading it's named the Heel Stretch or Bow and Arrow for the Flyer.

Other disciplines such as Yoga, Dance, Martial Arts and Gymnastics often employ this position.
Standing Front Splits
 
A Standing Front Split is most often a demonstration skill. It looks impressive. However it can do more than just help score high points in competition.

In addition it transfer wells into skills of sports like martial arts, gymnastics, dancing, pole dancing, yoga, figure skating, cheerleading, etc.
Attitude Derriere and Arabesque
 
The attitude position as well as the arabesque is commonly seen throughout many aspects of classical ballet technique in class and on stage in classical and contemporary choreography. As dancers, we usually try to go beyond, but is this possible? With this program you can improve your flexibility without sacrificing your alignment and posture, isn´t this amazing?
