"Hi just want to share you that because of your programs i reach a new high level of flexibility that i always dream of and i never thought this was possible.. from 2014 till now i can do full side split but it always been after an hour and half of stretching and was very uncomfortable.. and my cold split was like 100 degrees and very painful. Now after using for 6 monthes of your program i can do full over side split on 2 yoga blocks when my hips turn in and my middle touch the floor. My cold split is like 170 degrees. And today i don't have much time to train so i follow your short video of 5 min maintenance side split. And after 5 min from being cold as hell and after a good sleep i was in full split in only 5-7 min.. i was shocked so i have to share it with you.. its was unbelievable for my after so much years of stretching to see the improvement i seek for so long.
